Cardio/Warm up
Upstairs is the matted warm up area with an NZ Boxer bag, skipping ropes, spin bike and Assault Bike.

Recovery
In the recovery rooms we have an Icebath that is always ready to roll, just rinse with the shower next to it first, Sauna which you can use anytime, just turn on when you arrive, it takes about 30 mins to get to 50deg +
A matted stretch room with wall ladder, mobility bands, yoga ball, massage gun...
Coming soon another bigger steam sauna, another Ice bath so well have 2 temps
Strength and Conditioning
Dumbells from 1 - 30kgs, benches, Bumper plates, Leg machines, leg press, benches, lat pulldown, seated row, chin bars, dip bars, bands, chalk, power cage...
Coming soon Reverse Hyper, Nordic curl machine, tib bar, indian clubs, cable cross over, indian clubs strongman gear and a lot more
The Future
Where are we going to put all this gear? This Is just the start.
This is the beginning, our origin story starts now. We are a grass roots club, we grow a little, day by day, every week we get new gear and we are planning on a bigger better location nearby to fit it all in.
